After a comprehensive audit and strategy process, I developed an Email Strategy Roadmap that laid out how to use email to welcome and nurture subscribers as they join StartEd’s edtech community. I provided specific recommendations on both how to revise their current email sequences and which email sequences they should add ― in addition to offering other bonus recommendations to tighten their sales funnel.
Then, StartEd hired me to write three of the new email sequences: a welcome sequence and two different nurture sequences.
The result? Program applications have increased by almost 20% since the first nurture sequence went live!
